ELECTION NIGHT MEDIA AVAILABILITY

NEWS ADVISORY -- Leaders of Oakland's Yes on Z Campaign will be available to the media for comment on election night at the phone numbers listed below, and in person at the campaign victory party.

The victory party will be at Bulldog Coffeeshop, 1739 Broadway near 19th Street in Oakland, beginning at 8:00 PM. We will have a computer hook-up to the county registrar to follow our local races, and a satellite T.V. connection to watch the national scene. For those who have helped this effort in any way, we would be honored to have you join us.

Measure Z will immediately make marijuana the lowest police priority, and put Oakland on record as supporting a taxation and regulation system for the control of marijuana, rather than criminalization.
